Matthew Matrisciano
Matthew G. Matrisciano, working out of Bend, Oregon, expertly assists clients with estate planning, long term care planning, special needs planning, probate and trust administration. Estate planning may include wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, medical and health care powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney, deeds, the creation of LLCs, or many other options. Whether wanting to qualify for Medicaid, SSI benefits, or simply wanting to ensure your family gets their inheritance, Matthew is able to help.
Mr. Matrisciano worked in real estate briefly during college before deciding to continue his education so he could become a lawyer and learn to provide the best advice to his clients and help them build their legacy. He ultimately graduated with a joint JD/MBA degree from Willamette University and worked for a while in estate planning, nonprofit business planning, and business litigation. Matthew then moved to Bend where he focused on criminal law, estate planning, and probate.
Following his passion for estate planning, he opened MGM Law Firm in 2016, providing estate planning and probate services to Bend, Oregon and Redmond, Oregon residents. There he is excited to apply his knowledge and expertise to a variety of circumstances to help build solutions for clients.
To be a successful estate planner, an attorney should behave more like a family consultant and advisor. Matthew Matrisciano wanted to be a planner and consultant for most of his adult life.
Mr. Matrisciano’s estate planning focuses on a holistic approach. What is your unique situation, what suits your needs best, and how can your goals best be accomplished?
Everyone wants to be secure knowing that both they and their family will be taken care of according to their wishes in the event of incapacity or death. Mr. Matrisciano understands that communication is key to successful “wealth planning,” “legacy planning” or even if you simply want to ensure your health care decisions are followed. His expertise, passion, and understanding help to make him an excellent attorney.
